Just putting it out there, our RT game currently has openings for 1 or 2 more players. we have just begun the campaign, we are 2 games into it, and now is a REALLY good time to join IMO, as we are just about to escape the planet and join the ship.

Rogue Trader is a Warhammer 40k game based on space travel, exploration, exploitation and manipulation. We are the senior crew of a star-ship kilometers long, with 10's of thousands of servants doing our bidding. Armed with a Warrent of Trade, Rogue Traders ply the space lanes outside of the Empire of Man looking for fame and profit.

Anyone who has played Dark Heresy, or 2nd edition Warhammer Fantasy will feel quite comfortable with the game mechanics of RT. its a dark and gritty universe where might makes right, and Daemons & Aliens threaten mankind from all sides.

I am playing a Void Master - the "systems engineer" who is the ace pilot and supposed master of all things motorized (don't ask)
we have an Arch Militant, our arms master and military commander who will not only take command of our laz batteries but also lead (from the front) the contigent of Marines on our ship
Finally, we have our Astropath Transcendent, a "psyker" who can project his mind vast distances to communicate with others. He's freaky, he's a drunk, and he's got a robotic arm.

Hey Justin, I would be interested in playing. The last time I played any 40k stuff was in 1992 when my gamemaster modified Warhammer fantasy role-play to do 40K. I was an Ork Mekaniac and had a lot of fun screwing with technology ( probably similar to your character). I have not played any of the newer versions of the games workshop type games but I'm sure I can find out lots about it on the web. I will see if I am available on the 7th and e-mail you back tonight.
